Our first open conversation aims to get to know each other. We will ask you many questions, including your travel style, your dream safari, and your preferences and personal interest(s).
Receive a bespoke itinerary
The second stage is to work closely with you on planning, customization, and design of your safari or Kilimanjaro trek to reflect your own style and wishes.
The more you give us details the better we serve you... we are very open to customizations and always, offer great advice and expertise like the best locations with lots of wild animals, etc. We will then send a proposed itinerary based on what we discussed.
Fine—tune your itinerary
The itinerary is not set in concrete, just sent to give you the first idea of what your adventure may look like.
...feel free to ask for a change of the lodge listed or add a balloon safari etc. We will furnish you with the final planned itinerary down to the last detail... we will also polish your itinerary with our secret little unexpected surprise and exceptional extra personal touches.
Reserve your custom safari
We will then confirm your lodges, tented camps, or villa (depending on your chosen accommodations), and hold your booking.
At this final stage, we require you to make either full payment for your trip cost or a 25% deposit. Feel free to change your travel plans up to 30 days before your departure and there is NO fee.

We don't keep quiet after you put down the 25% deposit. This is just the beginning of our personalized service to you.
