The itinerary is not set in concrete, just sent to give you the first idea of what your adventure may look like.

    We will ask for more details from you and feel free to ask for a change of the lodge listed or adding a private villa in the Serengeti or a balloon safari etc. We will furnish you with the final planned itinerary down to the last detail, so we are not deviating from it, even for a minute... we will also polish your itinerary with our secret little unexpected surprise and exceptional extra personal touches.

We will then confirm your lodges, tented camps, or villa (depending on your chosen accommodations), and hold you booking.

    At this final stage, we require you to make either full payment of your trip or a deposit which is only 30% of the total trip cost and then pay the rest in installments—up to 5 installments (what a service!) with no any interest or fees imposed. You can make the final payment for your last installment upon arrival. Feel free to change your travel plans up to 30 days before your departure and there is NO fee.
